lindsey and bryn - wedding

 I LOVE October weddings!! It is my favorite time of the year. I love the weather, the colors, the events that all come in the fall. When Lindsey and Bryn contacted me to do their wedding I knew it was going to be great when they said it was going to be in October and outside! The wedding was a perfect in everyway. Lindsey and Bryn are a great couple and it was such a joy to be their photographer. Here are a few details and favorites from the wedding. I love taking family pictures! I have taken pictures of Mikayla several times over the past year, so when her mother called saying that they were going to surprise her for her 16th Birthday and wanted to set up a family photo session I was all in! It had been 5 or so years since they last had family pictures taken of them so it was overdue. Plus Mikayla's birthday just so happens to be on the same day as her parents anniversary! We had lots to celebrate and had a great time. I love the pictures.

alicia and dwain - wedding

I walked in and immediately felt like family. I knew most of the wedding party and the brides whole family already so I felt right at home. I was so excited to have the honor to photograph Alicia and Dwain's wedding! There were a lot of unique details of the wedding that I would like to share. These details are what make each wedding special. Here are a few of my favorite and if you want to see more then you can few the slideshow!

When I got there I noticed the very colorful bouquet and asked about the meaning behind it. Alicia said she couldn't choose just one color to have in her wedding because she loved all the colors in the rainbow! Little did I know that she executed this theme/detail all through out her wedding day wonderfully!

Another unique detail of the wedding day was that the groom's brother was overseas on the wedding day. With the wonderful little thing called technology he got to watch the whole wedding and speak to the groom by video phone! Now that's awesome!

lindsey and bryn - engagment

I first met Lindsey as a bridesmaid from a wedding I did a couple years back. I remember she was cute, spunky, and full of life at her friends wedding. So when she called me to tell me she was now getting married and wanted me to be there photographer I was excited and honored. I met with Lindsey and her fiance Bryn a couple of weeks ago for their engagement session. We had so much fun walking around Piedmont Park and we couldn't stop finding amazing spots for picture opportunities. Lindsey and Bryn did not disappoint. The are both spunky and full of life and beautiful together.





























I can't wait until the wedding later this year!
