Shelby and Clint featured in The Knot!

Just a few days ago in the hustle and bustle of the Christmas festivities I got "The Knot" in the mail (I think it comes out to the public in January). It features a couple of mine, Shelby and Clint, in the just married section. Here is the article page with a few of the pictures I took from the wedding day, but if you want to see what other goodies are in the magazine just go out an buy it!

while i am updating...

i started thinking about my 2008 packages while i am doing all this updating i should probably go ahead and update those as well. i usually figure all that out around this time each year anyway. this time i am giving any future clients a heads up. as soon as i am finished updating my blog entries and images on my website, i am going to work on my packages and prices for 2008. if you want my 2007 prices for your event then contact me know so we can give you the old prices before it changes.

no excuses! well maybe....

i am the worst blogger! when i was little and growing up i was never good about keeping a daily diary, so now that i have a blog it has become the same issue. the last time i posted was over a year ago and so much has happened since then. my goal is to back post from the past year and get everyone caught up on my life and photography. a few cliff hangers...22 weddings, plenty of engagements, 3 pregnancies, 1 of them mine, new house, and so much more. i know i can't do this all in one day so keep checking back for the saga to continue. i also will be updating my website with new pictures and new galleries. take this as a relaunch in my business, my life.

okay so maybe i had one little distraction and a good excuse :)

I just got the article about tiffany and aarons wedding. it looks great i love all the pictures they decided to use. it is always so exciting to get images of mine published. i also got word that they accepted another wedding i did in november you might remember reading about them ashley and jeremy their story will go in the next new issue out in june. when i get the article i will announce it here.

melissa and jim's wedding

this was probably the craziest labor day weekend ever! on saturday and sunday i had a rehearsal dinner and wedding to attend and photograph. it was at this really cool restaurant in decatur georgia called sun in my belly you have to go there i have heard that their brunches are to die for but call and make sure what day they do that on. on sunday we didn't get home from the wedding until midnight and i still hadn't packed for partner con in la, california. jason and i thought we would go to the pictage convention and have a vacation on the west coast at the same time. our flight left at 7 am so i ended up only getting 3 hours of sleep and i am 5 months pregnant. by the time we got to your hotel my ankles no cankles were the size of an elephants. alright that's my story. we will be in california for the week and be back to work on 9.11.06. here are some of my favorite images from the weekend events!

my first time published

the publisher of the knot georgia emailed me and notified me that one of my weddings have been selected to be published for a real wedding article! i am so excited and the couple they selected are going to be blown away. I will let everyone know when to go pick up a copy! yea!

It Was A BIG Hit!!

The Haute Bridal Extravaganza was a big success!! I had so much fun hanging out with everyone and meeting the brides-to-be. The best part was getting to know other people in the industry that I had not gotten the chance to meet. Here are a few pictures from the event in case you couldn't make it. My First Post

This is my first post of my new blog. I thought this would be a great way for everyone to be able to keep up with me and what I am doing.
