while i am updating...

i started thinking about my 2008 packages while i am doing all this updating i should probably go ahead and update those as well. i usually figure all that out around this time each year anyway. this time i am giving any future clients a heads up. as soon as i am finished updating my blog entries and images on my website, i am going to work on my packages and prices for 2008. if you want my 2007 prices for your event then contact me know so we can give you the old prices before it changes.

no excuses! well maybe....

i am the worst blogger! when i was little and growing up i was never good about keeping a daily diary, so now that i have a blog it has become the same issue. the last time i posted was over a year ago and so much has happened since then. my goal is to back post from the past year and get everyone caught up on my life and photography. a few cliff hangers...22 weddings, plenty of engagements, 3 pregnancies, 1 of them mine, new house, and so much more. i know i can't do this all in one day so keep checking back for the saga to continue. i also will be updating my website with new pictures and new galleries. take this as a relaunch in my business, my life.

okay so maybe i had one little distraction and a good excuse :)

tiffany and aaron in the knot

I just got the article about tiffany and aarons wedding. it looks great i love all the pictures they decided to use. it is always so exciting to get images of mine published. i also got word that they accepted another wedding i did in november you might remember reading about them ashley and jeremy their story will go in the next new issue out in june. when i get the article i will announce it here.

kirstin and barry's wedding

i just got back from a wedding at the ritz carlton in reynolds plantation. wow! what a beautiful place. there is lake behind the hotel and the views are just breath taking. not to mention the weather was pretty much perfect in my book. the day was fantastic, kirstin and barry look great and everyone had a awesome time. the details were my favorite and by the end of the night her mother and everyone else was boogying on the dance floor. here are my favorite and for more take a look at the slideshow

katherine's senior portraits

finally! kathering got her senior portraits done and it was a great day to do it. this session had to be rescheduled three times. the first time she had something come, the second was one of the hottest day of the year and the threat of rain. today was perfect. the pictures turned out great. her dad came because he is a photography hobbiest and i had him assist me which i think he liked. anyway they were so nice and a joy to hang out with here are some of my favorites.

patricia and matt's wedding

today i got to go back to serenbe inn for another wedding. patricia and matt live up north but both of their families live here. so when matt called to talk to me about the wedding and told me it was at serenbe i was so excited to tell him i was familiar with the place and the area. we booked everything over the phone and got to meet about a month before the wedding just to say hey. patricia and matt are so sweet the wedding reflected them in everyway down to the details. here is a few of my favorites and a slideshow to enjoy!

amanda and darren's wedding

i love amanda she is such an awesome person and we knew from the beginning I was meant to be apart of her and Darren's day. the wedding was held at the park tavern, the room is lined with windows so during the day you get this awesome natural light and at night you get this awesome scenic view of atlanta to look at. the whole day went really well and i have so many favorites i had to combine a few. also here is their slideshow
