baby liam - newborn

Liam is one of the cutest baby boys I have ever seen, outside my baby boy of course ;) I had the great honor to photograph his newborn pictures yesterday and I had so much fun. He was such a good boy...I think we wore him out. His parents, Lyndsey and Matt, are going to be great parents. You could just tell. They live in a beautiful cabin and there were plenty of areas with good lighting to put little Liam. Did I mention Liam was born 7 weeks early. He is 9 weeks now and ways a big 7 pounds. I had a hard time deciding which pictures to post. I first pulled 10 and then I had to pull another 9. This didn't even come close to all the good ones but you will get an idea of what kind of day we had.

kerri and jonathan - wedding

A few weeks ago I photographed Kerri and Jonathan's wedding and it was fabulous! Kerri and Jonathan are so wonderful and made my job so easy! They are clearly made for each other. The way they look at each other is so intense and their connection is unbreakable. One of Kerri's friends, Amanda Lovelace, took pictures of the guys because they were at a different hotel. I haven't finished editing those but I will try to post a few more of those when I finish but for now here are a few pictures and if you want to view more here is a slideshow!

I love this first dance picture. It is one of those oop's pictures where it didn't quite focus on the couple but it did focus on their hands and it turned out great with them laughing in the background!




Making the best out of a rainy situation!


Thanks Jonathan and Kerri for letting me be a part of your wedding! I also want to brag on the guys a bit. Jonathan had the best group of groomsmen. Especially his best man, Felix, he was so attentive to Jonathan's needs it made my job eve easier. I love when the wedding group stays in tuned with the couple!

julie and dan - wedding

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of being a part of Julie and Dan's wedding. It was at a beautiful chapel on the the Reinhardt University Campus. The campus was beautiful and we found a lot of great areas to take pictures of Julie and Dan. They are such a wonderful couple. I had to always keep an eye on them because the would sneak in special looks at each other or beautiful gestures to one another. I did manage to capture some of those special moments and they ended up being some of my favorite images of the day! alyssa and joey

I can't believe it has been a year since I have posted a blog! Shame on me. Well this is a great time to update it and celebrate Alyssa and Joey! This past fall I did their engagement session where we got to really get to know each other. They are so sweet and love each other dearly. Alyssa and Joey have a wonderful heart and a fun spirit so I knew when the wedding day arrived it would end up being a wonderful day and I was right. A few weeks ago they finally said "I do!" Alyssa was beautiful and so was the wedding. I felt like part of the family and comfortable the whole day. Did I mention TWO couples were there that I had photographed their wedding a few years back. One of them was Joey's brother. I love keeping it in the family!! Well I have picked out some of my favorites from the wedding and engagement session for this post.
